The Olympic Park swimming pool offers multiple aquagym sessions per week.

Have a go at the aquabike, lessons in which you pedal in the water to the beat of the music. This activity builds up endurance and leg muscles.

You can also try Hydro-fit, a lively lesson in the water, to the sound of music, which fuses muscle and cardiovascular work.

Sessions for both last 45 minutes.
